- Search for public sponsors at national and/or local level
- Select an advisor abroad
- Administrative formalities: registration of the statutes with the corporate tax department of the place of the registered office
- Search for office space and domiciliation of the company headquarters

- Appointment of Executive Directors
- Application for a long-stay visa or residence permit (if required)

- The appointment of the auditor
- Opening of a bank account in France and payment of the capital of the company in formation

- Company insurance, liability insurance and/or insurance for your office premises
- Membership of a pension fund in France for employees (compulsory within three months of registration)
